Has anyone else been completely ghosted by Punkt support?

I had a stellar experience with them last year where every reply came within 24hrs.

My most recent ticket started like that and suddenly - absolutely nothing. I checked in after a week. It’s been 3 weeks since last reply and nothing.

I opened a new ticket a week ago and… nothing.

I messaged their reddit account andddd nothing

Has the support branch completely shut down?
