Travelling with Pet at this time?

Is anyone travelling with their pet to their country. I have a Shihtzu and want to know if anyone is trying to travel with their pet. Share some insight. My dog is fully vaccinated and microchiped. Is Gulf Air carrying pets in their chartered flights which are operating now a days from Dammam. No one picks phone there anymore. Thanks
