Facial flushing

For some reason I have been getting facial flushing and neck flushing when driving home from work but not to work. I work in a cold warehouse all day, my cars temperature is set to around 20 celsius. I dont know if it's the temperature change or me getting anxious driving home?. I look in the mirror and I look like a tomato! it then takes about an hour or two for it to calm down when home. It does seem to help if I wack the AC on cold . I dont remember getting it this bad in the past but have been using tretinoin and azelaic acid could the tretinoin be causing it as it increases blood flow?. Anyone else get this?.
