Would it make sense to pivot?

i'm 31 and a bit concerned about my future job security, in our company a solutions architect used AI to develop a project in one week that would have taken us 6 months and i personally believe the job of a SWE could be automated in the future.

my question is what to do? i'm willing to do my masters but what should i choose? i'm thinking either AI with some niche specialization or get back to bachelor and do EE

i have 8 yoe as a SWE and if i lose my job now i wouldn't even bother looking for another one.
