Union Sparky or Construction Management

Title speaks for itself. Don't know where a gentleman like myself wants to go next in my career. Either the sparky route or suck it up and go to college and be in management. What would you do, guys? Do sparkies make more than management? Thanks a lot. Just trying to plan my future a bit better so any advice is appreciated.
