How do you get parents to pay you money owed when they very much can easily pay you back?

I lent my mother 20k in December 2022 and so far I have not seen a dollar back. She keeps saying she will pay me back but it never happens. Last was on jan now it’s march already. I pay cheap rent at home rent which I very much appreciate and recently it’s been coming out of there (so I haven’t been paying rent) but this is a very slow process. At first she refused and insisted I keep paying rent. But at the same time it’s unfair as I have 2 brothers who don’t pay rent at all, one works and one hasn’t worked in many years

At the end ive lost out quite a lot as that 2022 20k has depreciated

She well and truly has the means to pay me back but keeps delaying it. She has nearly 3k of rental money coming in every week and she works full time. She has debt also but this debt is easily manageable and she can still easily pay me back even weekly

Last year she tried to borrow more money from me (I think it was 30k) but of course I absolutely refused. At one point she had 25k in savings last year not sure how much now

What do I do?
