S/O: Pt was possibly attacked by an animal. Pt has a laceration on the left neck that has pustular material coming from it. Pt also has a puncture wound at the base of the right ear on top of the patient’s head. This wound is also pustular.

A: Animal bites most likely

P: Clavamox 375 mg, 1 tab PO BID x 14 days (gave first dose tonight)

Carprofen 75 mg, 1 tab PO SID x 5 days
