Should i take a partial drop or full year? 😔

so i am currently taking 12th boards. didn't apply for clat this year as i wasn't aware 😭 i will be taking clat 2027 but I'm not sure if i should just take a full year drop or partial. there is a local college that i can apply to but i think it will affect my preparation as there will be sem exams and such. i am also scared that taking a full year drop will waste my time if I don't clear. 💔
