HELP!

So I graduated in 2021. Completed my house job in 2022. Working as an SHO/MO in Pakistan since then. I have a canadian passport so I have heard it will be easier to get a J1 visa because of that but I have done my MBBS from pakistan.

Realistically, is it feasable for me to start my USMLE journey and try to match in 2027 or 2028. What im worried about the most is my YOG? I have friends who have matched even after failing step 1 but no idea how my YOG would affect me. Im fluent in english also. Thanks.
