Phil, 2 year old German shepherd mix, must have a rescue hold no later than 1PM or he will lose his life. He was attacked by an animal and needs treatment. Euthanasia today Saturday 3/14 @ 1 pm CT BARC Houston, A2062607. He needs a local foster, rescue and pledges. Please help.
