Dehydrated beef tendons, chicken feet and head feeding

Hello. Do you give your dogs dehydrated beef tendons, chicken feet and head as treats? My dog loves these so much. I heard they're good for dental health too. Kaya lang he recently had a bad case of gastroenteritis and vet said baka na iritate ang lining ng stomach/intestines with small bones. Once lang naman nangyari after several months of feeding him these treats mga once a week.

Ang dami ko pa namang nabili. Should i just discard them?
