Best apps or Extenstion for transcribing lecture videos that are posted in canvas

hey just I would like to get some reccomendation on how to transcribe my aldeardy recorded lectures which are posted in canvas. During my previous study, my university provided me with downloadable transcripts for every lecture, which made my studies so much easier. The university that I currently study in do not provide this facility so if anyone could rec me or give me any tips , it would be so helpful TIA
