I want to launch an openclaw bot. But I don't know how to best configure it to be cheaper.

I have a local PC with 40GB of DDR4 RAM. Ryzen 5 chip. Recommend which ones can be run locally and or which are the cheapest models so that no more than $50 is spent on cloud services.
