Shitty friends?

I’ve been friends with this girl for two years now and she was all good and fine at the beginning of this academic year til now. She barely asks me to hang out anymore and only insists on hanging out and speaking to a girl I introduced her to to the point Im being left out and not even invited to things until I ask about them. Tonight at some point at my friends bday my friends and I were talking including her about our side profiles and I mentioned I didn’t like mine as it was very soft and she very quickly agreed. To be fair we were drunk and she was a bit high, I was the most sober one in the room to which I turn around to her and tell her fuck you to which is followed by silence. I know my own features, and I thought it was hurtful to even agree to something like that so quickly especially since Ive always been taught if you have nothing kind to say then dont say it at all. And she got surgery for it, so… So, how should I address it ? I definetly want to call out her bullshit as it seriously pisses me off.
