Friend making offensive jokes

Maybe someone can give me advice on this

I have a close guy white friend and he keeps making racist jokes. I have fun hanging out with him and he’s a good friend but it’s honestly getting to feel like too much. And every time I laugh it off I don’t feel like I should be. At first I laughed because it was a joke but I don’t know.

He’s made racist jokes about other races in the past but he mainly made smaller ones like joking black people around me could be my family or one time he even said he thought I was mixed and when I told him I wasn’t he said I should’ve felt complimented by that because it means I’m not as black.

Today we were talking about him getting married. He was texting his boyfriend about me coming and he joked and said, “who wants a blackie at their wedding anyway”. At that point I felt weird and I feel like I need to say something about it before we hang out next but what should I say?
