Zscaler Websites Bypass

If i manage to skip my company's vpn and use fail-open tunnel to access websites like chat gpt or sending gifs to my coworkers, will i be caught? If i do, does anybody care, will i get in trouble for bypassing the tunnel and using my own traffic?
