Anybody working in medical supply industry?

Hi,

I am looking for condom catheter used in hospitals for my elderly father.

He wakes up multiple times every night to go to the bathroom and this increases his risk if falling.

I tried to look online, but I was unable to find any. I would appreciate if you could kindly tell me where I could find them in the UAE.
