Claude cowork for seo

I’ve been doing SEO for 6 years. This desktop app just made me feel like I had a junior analyst doing my grunt work for free.

Okay so I wasn’t expecting much.

I’ve tried using ChatGPT for SEO stuff before and it’s fine but it always felt like I was wrestling it. Copy-paste from Ahrefs, paste into GPT, explain what I want, get something generic, edit it for 20 minutes. You know the drill.

First thing I did I had a client site (B2B SaaS, very niche, painful keyword landscape) sitting on my desktop. I just… opened it with Cowork and told it to audit the page structure and flag anything hurting crawlability and topical authority.

It went through the actual files. Not a copy paste. The actual content.

I’m not saying this replaces your SEO stack. I still use Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog. But Cowork slots in as the layer that actually does things with the data instead of making you feel like you’re prompting a chatbot.

If you’re an SEO doing agency work or managing multiple client folders it’s worth 30 minutes of your time honestly.

Happy to answer questions if anyone’s tried it and hit issues, I know the file access thing confused me initially.
