plz name your favorite singeplayer military action game

fellow gamers,

im currently in my extraction / mil sim phase and im a sucker for HD weapon models, real weapons preferred. right now im playing Breakpoint, Arena Breakout Infinite, Incursion Red River, FarCry 5 Escape from Duckov (i know) and Zero Sievert (i know!) - you get the idea.

i also played Ghost Recon Future Soldier (2012) very recently and it was awesome!
can you name some other 'blast from the past' titles you enjoyed? i actually never played any CoD but i definitely wanna catch up. i liked Battlefield 3 but hated another Battlefield campaign for the fact that your AI companions werent able to kill any enemy UNLESS you manually ordered them to so do, VERY weird mechanic...
