Phayze the reality warper

((What was I thinking when I decided to claim him?))

Since he isn't really a character here are some infos on him:

He is a t5 in both his normal and elite form.

He can change between both forms but it's way harder to change to elite than back.

Since he is visible to pretty much everyone his radar jam also works that way but it's a bit shorter and activates less often to balance it out.

As there are no real tracks in the hub he will follow whoever catches his attention the most.

His reality shield and his skull abilities still work the same way, except his teleportation which is based on the distance between him and his target.

((I'll probably try to claim the others aswell at a later point.))
