Quiet remote sextoy

I (25F) am currently sexting quite intensely with someone. We live pretty far away and don’t plan on meeting in the foreseeable future.

I want to buy a toy that he could activate whenever he feels like it, I would probably wear it the whole day, sometimes at work.

I am fairly new to the sextoy world and have no knowledge. I don’t know if anything can be discrete enough to wear at work (office so not very loud).
