Yonatan at the Oxford Union — This is a massive milestone for Kaspa

🗞️ News & Updates

I’m still buzzing after seeing Yonatan Sompolinsky invited to speak at the Oxford Union. For those who don't follow the academic side much, this isn't just another crypto conference; we’re talking about the same stage where some of the greatest minds in history have stood.

The official announcement from a few days ago mentioned his focus on "Real-Time Decentralization" (RTD). It’s wild to think that while most projects are still struggling with the trilemma, Yonatan is at Oxford explaining how DAG-Knight can actually adapt to network latency in real-time.

What gets me is the mention of Kaspa’s "academic lineage." Knowing that his research already influenced Ethereum’s early design and now seeing him push the boundaries with 100 BPS at a place like Oxford... it just confirms that we are backed by the best math in the game.

Did anyone manage to see the live stream or attend? I'd love to hear if there was more detail on the upcoming hackathon for the Oxford builders. This "strategic alliance" feels like the start of something huge for institutional adoption.

Power to the PoW. https://kaspa.org/yonatan-sompolinsky-at-the-oxford-union/
