Minelli as Red John would have been a banger

Recently watched the red john reveal episode and I am glad jane got his revenge and all but it felt a bit hastened and underwhelming. I got to thinking and at least I feel like minelli could have been a better choice. I am not sure if there have been discussions regarding minelli as red john but it could have been fun imo. What do yall think? Also minelli was loved as it would have been quite a turn + he was shown having links with fbi earlier which is obv for someone in his position so it would have made sense too
