Staying at an Airbnb in the city (uptown) and realized it has no Carbon Monoxide detector. Is this a regular thing for apt’s here?

It’s very late at night now so there’s not much I can do but I noticed that my Airbnb has a gas stove but no CM alarm. I cracked a window (even though it is pretty cold) just to be safe. The power box has a switch for HVAC that is on as well as one for a fire alarm but I do not see a fire alarm either. This is an apartment complex with multiple other buildings so I am unsure why this place would be missing this. Is there much to worry about? Any tips on what I could do if it is something to worry about?
