I was hacked, and i need help

My account was hacked, specifically my Gmail, and how did it happen? I fell for a scam where they sent me a Minecraft mod, but it was actually disguised spyware. The scammers then blackmailed me and managed to get some money from me. Now I'm trying my best to recover my things, but without success. When I log into my Gmail account, it says there's that Google Family Mode restriction. How can I bypass this? Who can I talk to to simply get what's mine back? I'm desperate, I really need help with this. My Discord was also taken, where I had all my data. How can I recover all of that? Can anyone help me?
