This company sounds shocking. Although you cant contact them direct for an assessment, they do complete them on the behalf of the NHS to reduce wait times.

In my view it's likely they did the assessment, but to a ridiculously low standard, given the report seems to largely have been written by AI. Shame on the NHS for commissioning such a shoddy service to complete assessments. I'd personally rather wait, and know my assessment is legitimate.

Diagnosis made in less than 2 hours (I think the call was 1 hour 45 mins), and a good chunk of that was spent doing the AQ10 as E isn't the sharpest tool in the drawer, and couldnt be arsed to do it in advance. So, lets say an hour and 15 minutes to go through their history, present situation and form a diagnosis? No way.
