Cant Control AIO Pump or Case Fans MSI Mag Mortar B850

Basically in the title. I can see the speed cards, but I cant control them. Ive uninstalled MSI Center completely, tried a bunch of fixes including shutting down BIOS fan control and turning off memory integrity. The CPU fan and the GPU fan are fine. AIO is an ID Cooling Fx360 Inf. Any tips or tricks?
