I need some help - second miscarriage?

Hi everyone I’m having a pretty strange situation. I believe I’m going through my second miscarriage in a little less than two months but I haven’t gotten any clarity from my doctors. Timeline is below. If anyone has any input here I would be so grateful.

January 27: hCG level 56, positive pregnancy test.

January 28: Miscarriage. No pregnancy seen in uterus on ultrasound. Bled for one week.

Approximately February 4: Negative pregnancy test with no line.

February 20: Began bleeding again. Continued for about three weeks with on-and-off cramps, red blood, and frequent brown blood with stringy tissue.

March 11: Positive pregnancy test while still bleeding. Dark hCG line.

March 12: Ultrasound inconclusive with no pregnancy seen. hCG level 306. Progesterone 5 (non-viable pregnancy range). Doctors mentioned possible retained tissue in the uterus or a second miscarriage but provided no clear diagnosis.

March 13: Still bleeding. Positive pregnancy test with a dark line. No recommendations or next steps provided by doctor yet.

Second potential conception was February 9th. I’m still lightly bleeding strange brown blood. 😞
