Recommended city and settlement mods?

Pretty much at the end of my mod list that I've been chipping away at, and aside from some armors and such I'm looking for mods to make the cities/towns/settlements feel a little larger or more lively/grand.

I've looked at a few older threads, and got some conflicting info on which ones are stable or play well with each-other, so any help would be appreciated. A long time ago I tried combining JK, The Great Cities, and COTN but always seemed to have issues with it, I'm not sure if the patches have improved now.

Any help would be appreciated, I've not modded Skyrim in a long time. Thank you!
