Any Singaporean seborrheic dermatitis sufferers here?

Never had skin issues, suddenly my face is red and bumpy. I visited Niks Maple clinic. So far not recovering... I'm diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. My scalp is also flaky. Anti dandruff shampoo don't help.

Tried Mct oil but doesn't seem to improve.

Any clinics you visit help? Can refer? I'm at my wits end..
