Can anyone please explain to me how the fuck you’re supposed to find neurochem packs??

Apparently you can only find them in pinwheel base which as a solo player is basically impossible. I’ve been going on endless rook runs and either don’t find them or die in the process.

Why is this game so fucking difficult to find basic things to complete contracts? This game is never going to last long being this brutally difficult. It’s fucking ridiculous.
