Recommendations for transcribing Canvas lectures?

Hey, everyone! I’m wanting some recommendations on how to transcribe my recorded lectures that are posted on Canvas. At my previous uni, Canvas had a built-in option to transcribe every lecture, which made my studies so much easier, but my current uni doesn't seem to have this facility enabled.

Since I'm now having to find my own way to get those recordings into text for my Anatomy and Physiology notes, does anyone have any tips or reliable tools they use for this? Any help would be massively appreciated! TIA!
