Little confused. Saw conflicting info on YouTube when it comes to spell crafting. Thought I had it figured out…When it comes to crafting Weakness spells, I know to put Weakness to magic last. I didn’t think it mattered if Weakness to Magic was touch or target, that if cast twice it would stack?

For example. I my opening spell, all on target…weakness to fire, frost and shock 100% for 4s and weakness to magic 100% for 4s. Should I change weakness to magic to touch? Does that make a difference when it comes to stacking? I have heard conflicting info on this. If I need to change anything let me know. I appreciate it.
