I got a dystopian idea

What if from tomorrow nepal removes everyone surname and put a code

Like Alexander Hamilton XI236Z369163

So when a kid is born he will not take his father and mother surname and his name will be only

Alexander XI236Z369163 and when he turns 8-9 years old he can take a surname as he likes from 50-90 official govt surname.

Then his name will be

Alexander Karki XI236Z369163

By doing idk what will happen just.
