Deformed ear cartilage and saggy earlobe due to a 3-year habit. Can it be fixed naturally?
Hi everyone! I'm 18 and I have a bit of a weird problem that makes me really self-conscious. For about 3 years, I had a habit of pressing my phone deep into my ear while listening to music almost every day. I stopped doing this a year ago, but I’ve noticed that the ear I used is now different from the other one. The cartilage feels "weak" or "floppy," and the earlobe looks saggy/stretched. It's visible in the mirror and I can feel the asymmetry. Has anyone else experienced ear shape changes due to constant pressure (like phones, tight headphones, or sleeping on one side)? Did your ear eventually go back to normal, or did you find any massages/treatments that helped? I can't afford surgery right now, so I'm looking for any home remedies or advice to improve the firmness of the tissue. Thanks in advance for any support!
