moisturiser/other hydrating products for winter

I always struggle every winter period in melbourne i have really dry skin and also tend to get ezcema in colder periods I just want to try out some creams and be more prepared before the suffering that awaits me. Was wondering if anyone had any good recs? Preferably something suitable for sensitive skin or doesnt feel to sticky and thick on the skin. Thanks
