Some help with my moveset?

I’m not satisfied with the moves on some of my Pokemon, especially since my Venusaur still knows Tackle :(. Any advice on what to change?

Ability: Overgrow

Item: Miracle Seed

Moves: Tackle, Growth, Leech Seed, Razor Leaf

Ability: Water Absorb

Item: Mystic Water

Moves: Aurora Beam, Sand-Attack, Surf, Bite

Nature: Jolly

Ability: Shed Skin

Item: None

Moves: Thunder Wave, Twister (planning to replace it with Fly once it evolves), Dragon Rage, Slam (planning on replacing this with Ice Beam once a scrape enough poke dollars)

Ability: Flash Fire

Item: Charcoal

Moves: Flamethrower (Vulpix was a pain to train without it, so I bought the TM), Confuse Ray, Quick Attack, Will-O-Wisp

Item: Quick Claw (Because why not?)

Moves: Thunderbolt, Strength, Double Team, Thunder Wave

Moves: Silver Wind, Dream Eater, Sleep Powder, Psybeam (planning on replacing it with Psychic once I perform the duplicate glitch)
