1 seconds away from opening doujin and stuff.

I already open the browser, and already input the tab in my search. Pretty much 1 second close to the website loading with the image (The website is loaded but the image hadn't). It's so close and realizing what I'm gonna do I immediately closed it. Is there anyway to close this off my mind or should I just let the lust be and let it flow without acknowledging it. Will this urge go lower or will I have to fight this over and over again? Anything to take notes for the next weeks or so?
