Instrumentalists of the subreddit: which composer comes to mind if I ask you about who loves your instrument best?

I'm listening to a recording of an Arnold Schoenberg work at the moment, and once again, I am struck by how much he liked clarinets. But I am not a clarinetist and I got to wondering what clarinetists think about that? How about violists? Harpists? Horn players? As for me and my low brass, I'm not sure, but possibly Berlioz and Rimsky-Korsakov are in the discussion for using the trombone so well—and playing something that lets you contribute is fun. As for tuba? I'm still looking for that composer, I guess.
