My friend always has 3-4 girls in his DM who give him direct hints even ask for dates but he hardly reciprocates. Even though he is smart and tall, I asked him his secret recipe on how he gets women all the time in his workplace. Btw he is in legal dept in a v big firm.

He told me he never expects anything from women when he talks to them in office or elsewhere, women can sense that. And they start liking him more. Also not to forget, he told me he is the best in his job, so there is factor too.
