I wasn't on the will and lost my dad house

story time I 26y lost my dad from liver cirrhosis last year, me and my family we're never really close in my dad last day he told the family around him that all his belonging would get transfert to me his only son, but we all checked the paper and we discover that before he bought the house he was living in an appartment complex (around 6 door) that he all live with his brother, sister, grandparent) and for the purchase they write a will that say if anyone would die at some point the share would be split with the remaining family member, (so I wasn't on it)

and so after he passed away my mom was still living with my dad friend (they we're room mate) and at some point they clogged the toilet Thet we're shit everywhere I had to vaccum it to try to unclogged it, (since my aunt we're the will executor) I had to call her to tell it about it she ended up calling the drain cleaner and we discover that tree root we're getting inside the pipe (nightmare)

afterward the notary told us that since I wasn't on the will i wouldnt have any part of the house so i got desinherited by default but aunt told me I would get a part for sure

then my aunt decided to evicted my mom and her roommate still in winter time I had to help my mom (which We dont talk since highschool because she's fucking crazy) for the move out I brought a cousin to help out with the heavy stuff too

after that me and my girlfriend told aunt we could help out with renovation ect but she refused she told us she would rather hire contractor only to flip the house and get rid of it as soon as possible and i'm telling to my self it would cost a lot since the house would be split between the 6 brother/sister of my dad

they discover moisture, lot of garbage brother dad took his car for his daughter, and they struggle getting rid of the cigaret smoke all over the house my aunt say

afterward 2 years have passes they managed to finish renovation, putting the house on the market and finally selling the house, I've noticed they selling the house since an old neighboor we're talking to me about it!

I tried recently to talk to my aunt what she we're up to, and she was really on the defence about it saying thing like what do you want to know more about me or more like what happened to the house?? I got bad vibe from it, then I Checked her social and she was traveling all around spain so I guess they're no money left over so i'm ghosting her for now~
