High Heart Rate in Bed

Hi I'm waiting on my diagnosis. Was told by A&E that my symptoms suggest POTS, my GP has agreed completely and urgently referred me to Cardiology. I guess this could take a while with the backlog for appointments though. I've been potentially in a flare up for a few months now, so much so i've been signed off work for the past 3 months. I've been managing for the most part but recently i've been having palpitations while laid in bed. I checked my heart rate and it shot up to 115bpm just from moving my legs to get comfortable. I didn't realise this could happen as I assumed being laid down that I would avoid symptoms. It sucks so much, I hate this!
