Samarth and Jannat friendship

I don’t understand the hatred people have for Samarth and Jannat’s bond.

They met in season 2 and had some really good moments. Then they also met off screen at Jannat’s company event and Reem’s birthday.

I see a lot of hateful comments for Samarth for being chipku and Jannat for allowing him to be. It’s not their fault that they eventually got comfortable with each other.
