I was called a fear monger for stating FACTS about PH running out of fuel

I was reporting what the president and Department of Energy said WOULD happen if the Strait of Hormuz didn’t open and I was called a FEAR MONGER. Now today, the mad man in the White House is actually bombing Irans Kharg Island. For those unaware, Kharg Island handles almost all of Irans oil exports and destroying the oil infrastructure on this one island immediately removes 5% of the worlds oil supply off the market IMMEDIATELY regardless of whether or not the Strait of Hormuz reopened or not. It always opens a potential Pandora’s box in which Iran insures the mutual destruction of everyone by taking out major infrastructure in the region in retaliation. The fact that Trump is just now sending Marines to the region highlights the man’s total lack of planning.

Because the Philippines, like most of Asia, gets most of its oil from the Middle East, it will SUFFER far worse than the US. I expect fuel rationing to begin in the Philippines soon as the situation in the Middle East continues to worsen. Unless something changes VERY SOON, we all will suffer. The ticket cost of a flight has already risen dramatically but will only continue to rise. Food prices, transport prices, all set to surge as oil is literally the lifeblood of the economy.

No, none of this is fear mongering either. It’s the current reality of what’s happening now. Everyday that this oil stays off the market is a day we move closer to a total crisis.
