Any subs that allow 500-1000 word stories that are written shockingly bad?

My account is about 30 minutes old I think, might be 35, not that it matters.

It's just a short story that has no start or ending, and is almost more like the ramblings of a drunk sailor.

Boat wouldn't be making it to shore though if I was the sailor, we'd end up with the Titanic.
