Season reset suggestion

Why don't we just start in the tier in your last season. and have minimum required match like 20~30 to "set" your rank (higher for higher star mythic). in this period you won't meet anyone outside your tier and can't start a match partying with one different tier rank. after these number of matches you can claim the reward depending on where you are now and proceed normally, no bonus points to protect star, just afk protection. no extra point to get more star either in these period.

the way things now just create "false" difficulty because teams are gonna be heavily imbalanced.
