How's Dhanmondi Lake now a days?

I lived in Dhaka from 2008 to 2017. Since my university was in Dhanmondi, I used to spend lots of time at the lake.

Almost any day, if you'd call me in the evening and asked where I am at, I'd say I'm at the lake.

There was a tea shop near the Robindro Sorobor, I don't know if it's still there, I used to drink tea from there, a lot! We used to call it Semai cha as it used to test and smell like semai.

Is it still the same there?
