Account progress Reset

So I logged back in after a month or so and ALL my progress is gone, i don't know why, i've tried everything i knew how to do, nothing's worked, i'm stressed cause i spent hour upon hours and REAL money on this game and now i'm thinking of just quitting if i can't get it back, i've already contacted the offical infinity nikki email, and i'm just hopping to get a response
