Medela hands free pumps: they don’t sell inserts for different sizes?

I am renting a Medela pump with the bottles and flanges and I could buy the flanges of my choice online among many sizes (I got 19mm and my lactation consultant said I could try the size under as it still looks a bit big).

I’m looking to buy a portable hands free pump without the bottles but one that is a little bit round and goes around the breast if that makes sense (Medela freestyle). So it’s only 21mm and 24mm. Other brands with similar pump designs (the hands free pumps without bottles) sell inserts to adjust to different sizes but Medela seems not to sell them? Is that true?

I am in Europe (France) if this matters.
