Are jeep wranglers and MERCEDES that bad ?

I gave my Ford explorer up looking for something more small still in the SUV range that I feel like will fit me I’m hearing good and bad about wranglers , Mercedes GLK / GLC and Cadillac SRX i don’t drive every single day i only commute to work and home which is 20-30 minutes and 2 hours away from home if I’m visiting family but thats rare , does anyone own or did own one of these vehicles and can tell me they experiences and what year did you own ? for me I’m looking at 2015-2023 for my next vehicle.
